Our network engineers will liaise with you to configure the networking device to suit the requirements. We then monitor the device using our 24 x 7 x 365 NOC and we stock spares of all managed equipment in the unlikely event of a hardware failure.
Our staff can perform daily, weekly and monthly tape rotation services.
We have onsite staff skilled in networks and server support ready to deal with any customer issues. Each customer gets free allocated minutes of remote hands per month included in their contract. If you need more than this we can perform installation, upgrades, migrations, network designs and consultancy.
